- WAEC/NECO result  
- Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate  
- Five (5) credits in priority subjects (English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics)  

B. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- Name and date must match the O’Level certificate  
- Must be issued by the National Population Commission  

C. EVIDENCE OF PAYMENT
- ?300,000 – School Fees (Sterling Bank)  
- ?100,000 – Acceptance Fees (Sterling Bank)  
Note:Receipts can be printed from the Student Portal using your Matric Number and Phone Number as your password

E. RESUMPTION AND HOSTEL CHECK-IN
- Date of Resumption:17th November 2025  
- Hostel Check-in (Compulsory): Saturday, 15th November 2025, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

Fees to Bring at Check-in:
  - ?5,000 – Nurses Student Union Dues  
  - ?45,000 – School Uniforms (subject to change due to economic situation)  
  - ?35,000 – Medical Screening Fee
